…whether you’re sweating and actually exercising or just sweating in a sauna, because your heart is pumping blood so quickly through your body in order to cool down, you’re getting the release of all these happy chemicals like epinephrine and endorphins. And they do make you feel so happy that you are having a catharsis, right? You feel like you’re getting out toxic emotions. While that’s certainly true, you’re not literally getting out toxic chemicals.
